This is not a classic razor blade - this one is slightly thicker and has only one blade. The other side is fitted with a metal handle. It is used e.g. by painters for removing dried paint from glass, by advertising agency and car service workers for cutting self-adhesive films (signs, banners) etc.
Compared to a standard razor blade, it is stiff and there is no risk of cutting when holding it.
