Your parcels transported by a delivery service

Shipments with selected prepayment to our account are usually sent in bulk once a week, exceptionally within 10 working days of receipt of your payment to our account.

Shipments on COD are usually dispatched in bulk once a week, exceptionally within 10 working days of receipt of your order.

If goods are not in stock we will inform you of a possible delivery date if known.

Shipments are packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the packaging of the parcel is damaged, please claim it immediately to the carrier - we send parcels properly insured.

Your shipments for personal collection

Shipments can be picked up in person in Prague - Florenc or Vyžlovka, Prague East by prior arrangement. The handover date must be arranged in advance.

Shipments sent within the Czech Republic*

Please note : when choosing delivery to a dispenser - Alzabox, Z-Box and others - the storage time is significantly reduced compared to other dispensers - please pay attention to the information on storage time when choosing a dispenser!

Please note : due to the introduction of fuel surcharges by the carriers used, shipping prices may vary. The price valid (and displayed) at the time of purchase is binding.

* - For shipments with a value exceeding 500 CZK, a tracking number may be requested.

** - For shipments with a small value (up to 100 CZK), you can also choose to send a regular letter for 49 CZK.

Czech Post - ordinary mail to the mailbox, registered or valuable mail, or hand parcel depending on the chosen service, value of contents and dimensions.

Balíkovna - parcels with collection at Balíkovna's outlets, maximum size of the parcel 50 x 50 x 50 cm.

Cash on delivery

For parcels sent on COD we charge an additional fee to the normal postage. Cash on delivery can be used only for shipments sent to an address in the Czech Republic.

Cash on delivery can be paid in cash or by card. We prefer payment in cash on collection of the parcel, with payment by card there is a bank charge of up to 3% which we allocate to the cash on delivery surcharge among all parcels.

Packaging

is part of the shipping charge.

Shipping

is carried out by Czech Post, Zásilkovna, Balíkovna, PPL according to the customer's choice. In justified cases we reserve the right to change this choice.

For the purpose of proper delivery, it is necessary to provide your phone number for easier contact by the carrier during delivery.
