Budova typového listu 253/H KkStB je k vidění na našich regionálních tratích převážně v západních Čechách na trati Mariánské Lázně - Karlovy Vary a Karlovy Vary - Potůčky, na lokálkách v oblasti Jeseníků a na trati Beroun Závodí - Rudná. Předlohou pro náš model je budova ve stanici Javorník ve Slezsku (Jauering - 295 m n/m) ležící na trati 295 Lipová Lázně - Javorník ve Slezsku, na které byl provoz zahájen v roce 1896. Z této stavebnice je možno postavit typově stejné budovy, jako např. Zlaté Hory, Vodňany, Velká Kraš, Vápenná, Štíty, Svojetín, Světlá Hora, Smržovka, Pernink, Lučany nad Nisou, Horní Blatná, Malá Morávka, Nové Hamry, Nedvědice, Hořesedly…
Model výpravní budovy je vyroben přesnou technologií laser-cut.
